i eat a lot but i dont get fat :S i dont know how to get fat at this time.. i eat everything except vegetables

guys if you want to have a athletes abs, do it every day, if you can…. there is no harm doing this every day,
f you want to have those bodybuilder abs which pop up, dont do this workout but work with weights and do abs 2-3 times a week,
results youll see in about 2-3 months depends on several things
- food ( very important)
- level of cardio ( important)
- body fat
youre body fat should be lower than 10% to see some nice abs,

Uhm I have one more question , can you do this even if you don’t have a flat belly? Cause I got a little belly and I’m already doing cardio to lose weight but I also want to work on my abs

crunches help on burning fat but what is best in cardioe and diet makes u thin out and bring wat muscles u do have out

u need to fight through the pain. but keep a bottle of water next to you, and drink it whenever ur like AAH. or, heck, just dump it on ur head

guys i am 15 almost 16 and I do it every day.. the only reason why you cant see the results right away is because it doesnt work like that.. also.. everyone has body fat so it’s not as easy to see. If you do them and EAT RIGHT.. then you will see better results. also i would reccomend doing pushups to fulfill the upper body workout

diz iz really good ..if u just do it even though itz painful ..if ur abs start 2 hurt it means dat ur doin it right,,but ull get use 2 it..dat happended 2 me i been doin diz for about a year now..nd i already have da six packs i just need 2 work more 2 get dem harder

dude jus tdo it. i have been doing ti for 6 months/ i wuznt fat but didnt have a flat belly either. i m 14 too; so far u can see my abs if i lay down but not if i m standing straight. i think its gonna take me 4 more months to get ripped. so yea jus workout dont think about it

Hey It’s a great exercise and I want to do it everyday.
I did it yesterday and it went all well,
today I tried again and damnn, my belly hurt like hell .. I had to kinda force myself to get through this work-out. Do I need some rest? Or just fight through the pain? Can someone please tell me?
