Thousands of people suffer from frequent headaches, stomach pain, and other diseases. Most of these diseases arise due to improper digestion or eating unhygienic foods.

The common digestive problems occur mainly in youngsters and teenagers. This is because they eat lot of unhealthy food. The digestive problems can be effectively decreased by adapting a healthy lifestyle and nutritious foods.

  • To include fiber containing foods in the diet.
  • Regular exercise
  • Use of laxatives to relieve from the condition
  • Drink lots of water
  • Diarrhea

    When a person has to go to the toilet for excreting waste for number of times, he is suspected to have diarrhea. Basically, diarrhea refers to frequent watery or loose stools. Diarrhea is primarily caused by the bacterial or viral infections. Person with diarrhea often suffer from other problems such as bloating, nausea and abdominal pain.

  • Drink lots of fluid to prevent dehydration
  • Choose easily digestible foods when hungry
  • Avoid spicy, high-fat foods and stop drinking caffeine and alcohol until you are relieved from the problem.
  • Intake foods high in fibers
  • Gas

    Gas is nothing but the air which is released from the gastrointestinal tract. Gas is caused by swallowed air or digestive problems. Person suffering from gas problems often complains about abdominal pain, bloating, burping and distension.

  • Identify and eliminate irritating foods and food group.
  • Take a nutritious and well balanced diet.
  • Avoid carbonated beverages
  • Exercise regularly
  • Food allergies
    Food allergies occur when the body’s immune system responds to a food that it mistakenly believes to be harmful.

    Eggs, milk, tree nuts, soy, fish and wheat are some of the common allergic food. Some food allergies are so severe that it results in death. Food allergies is treated with medications and modifying the diet.
